Please fill out the following registration form to join the trade mission to Germany!

Due to already strong demand for this program, we encourage an early application via the registration form below. Applications will be evaluated as they come in, with final decisions made by project partners in late August. We want to have selected all 12 delegation members by the end of August 2025.

If your application was selected, you will be contacted through energiewaechter to confirm the eligibility and participation of your company in this program. You will then receive further information on how to book your flight to Germany.

If your application was not selected, you will be contacted and your profile will be kept on a waitlist for other potential hydrogen delegations in the future.

Terms and Conditions

Included in the funded delegation trip are:

Transfers within Germany (bus transfers during the delegation trip)
Meals on special events (e.g. networking event) and upon invitation of partners

Additional costs for participants:

Hotel accomodation for one representative for three nights (Sunday – Wednesday, approx. 100 € per night, hotel suggestions available)
Expenses for lunch & dinner (approx. 100 € in total)
Your personal travel expenses (e.g. accomodation and travel costs before or after the business trip)
